Holding an MBA in Marketing and registered as a Government Approved Valuer, Anil Chugh is uniquely positioned to offer expert property valuation services. His career spans large-scale infrastructure development, urban land development, real estate valuation, and contract management.

As Fellow (F:8040) of the Institution of Valuers, India (Immovable Property category) and Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, his valuation credentials meet both Indian and international standards. He is also registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India as a Registered Valuer (Reg. No. IBBI/RV/02/2026/16174) for the Land & Building asset class.
